Service commitment
A service is a named person, a documented procedure, and a tested restore
Every engagement that says "managed" carries three things: an engineer who owns it, a runbook that a different engineer can follow, and a restore that has been exercised rather than assumed. If any of the three is missing, the service is not being managed — it is being watched.
Response time means nothing without the procedure that produces the response.
