Transparent pricing for enterprise cloud and AI

Pay only for what you use. No hidden fees. No upfront costs. Scale with confidence.

Metering

Billed on what the platform measures, not on what a quote assumed

Compute hours, storage actually allocated, and egress counted at the gateway are metered at the service layer. The same numbers appear on the invoice, so a line item can be traced back to the workload that produced it. Where a rate is not published, it is quoted per engagement rather than estimated from a table.

A price you cannot trace to a measurement is not a transparent price.

Managed Services

24/7 monitoring, incident response, and automated remediation.

Proactive platform management with dedicated support engineers, automated health checks, and guaranteed response times. Options for standard business hours or 24/7 coverage.

Enterprise

What is not charged

Nothing on this list is billable unless it is written into the engagement.

  • No egress minimum and no per-request surcharge on the metered services
  • No charge for a restore test, a failover rehearsal, or the documentation that comes with them
  • No migration fee for capacity that was never allocated to a workload
  • No premium for a vendor brand — the rate follows the hardware actually used
Engagement shape

An audit is fixed, the work after it is not

The audit is priced as a fixed piece of work with a defined deliverable: inventory, usage, spend, and a consolidation plan with a sequence. Everything after that is priced against the plan, not against an estimate made before the estate was read.

A fixed audit and an open delivery are not a contradiction — the fixed part is what tells you the second part is worth doing.

Uptime

Uptime is a target we contract to, not a figure we claim

The SLA is the number in the agreement and the number monitored against. No average is published here, because an achieved average depends on the window, the scope and the definition of an incident — three things a customer and a vendor routinely disagree about.

A target can be measured. An achieved figure can be shaped.
